ABL200 - RECOILLESS DISRUPTOR The ABL2000 is a general purpose recoilless disruptor designed to render safe IEDs found in containers such as briefcases or similar sized packages. The ABL2000 has been subject to a series of formal tests against representative targets, sensitive explosives and pressure measuring systems. These ensure a reliable and consistent disruptive performance with complete recoilless operation and minimum collateral damage as well as maximum operator safety. The ABL2000 disruptor is a multi-shot device capable of many firings and requires minimal maintenance. Training may be carried out using the equipment without detriment to its service performance. Construction is from corrosion resistant stainless steel and aluminium parts. Prior to release each equipment is subjected to an overpressure test and flaw detection.

AL2000 - RECOILLESS DISRUPTOR & DE-ARMER KIT The ABL2000 Recoilless Disruptor and De-armer Kit is suitable for render safe procedures on IEDs of medium size with extended capabilities and conventional munitions disposal (CMD) tasks. It is ideal for personnel to carry, or for use on small Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROVs) on which payload weight needs to be kept to a minimum. It is a multi-shot device, capable of many firings and requiring minimal maintenance. Training can be carried out on this disruptor without causing any detriment to its service performance. The ABL2000 Recoilless Disruptor and De-armer has been subject to a series of formal tests against representative targets, sensitive explosives and pressure measuring systems. This ensures reliable and consistent disruptive performance with recoilless operation, minimum collateral damage and maximum operator safety. The ABL2000 De-armer provides additional facilities to the disruptor enhancing its capabilities. With a simple substitution of the front barrel assembly and use Projectile, Chisel of the correct projectile, the disruptor is able to operate as a de-armer, capable of firing a range of solid projectiles such as chisel, plain and splat round projectiles. The ABL2000 Recoilless Disruptor and De-armer Kit is manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality standard. Prior to dispatch, all items of equipment are subjected to an overpressure test. The kit is supplied with both disruptor and de-armer items required for use and operator maintenance as well as several empty pockets for additional accessories.

GUARDIAN The Guardian ROV is a unique combination of size, payload capacity, reach, dexterity, manoeuvrability and operability supporting EOD missions in both rural and urban settings. The Guardian ROV has been developed to ensure that integration with related equipment and payloads is straightforward. With its quick-change equipment carrier on the payload head you can fit a number of disruptors, X-ray systems and many more accessories with ease. The Guardian’s future proof design and open architecture ensures that your ROV will stand against time whilst eclipsing the capabilities of its current competitors. When it comes to capacity and dexterity, the Guardian’s hybrid extending and folding arm is strong and robust, allowing the deployment of significant payloads up to 30kg. The extension capability avoids deployment difficulties in confined spaces often encountered by the conventional folding arm. The Guardian ROV is supplied as a standard ROV unit with radio communications and its control station.

ABP RCV CONTROL STATION The new ABP Control Station is used to send control commands (plus audio) to the ABP RCVs. It receives video, audio and ROV status data during EOD missions via the MESH radio system. Two 14.4v Lithium-Ion batteries are supplied with the Control Station. Each fully charged battery can provide up to 4hrs use independent of the other battery’s charge status. The upgraded MESH radio system allows for continued connectivity between the control station and the RCV either at 350m or upto 1.2km (Line of Sight) dependant on which band radio is requested. The control station is fully compatible with previous ABP RCV platforms allowing a considerable upgrade to your current RCV capability.
